The highly critical nature of the operating environments that use LIST systems requires a high standard of technical support, both in terms of the correct use of the systems and in terms of their evolution. On-line functions are available for distribution and updates:
  • distribution and update of software;
  • distribution and update of documentation.

Access to these services is via keys and is reserved for users of LIST products.
You can request a key from the Help Desk by information request form, by specifyng (in the "Notes" field):
  • your company’s name and ABI code;
  • name of the product.
