Compliance - Governance, Risk & Compliance

The integrated solution for all your compliances
MultiCompliance Evolution
is LIST’s centralized solution to comprehensively manage your needs for compliance. Via a smart reuse of historical activities, this software is designed to significantly reduce the risk of duplicating efforts and maintenance costs associated with compliances (U.S. SOX 404, NASD 3013, Italian L.D.231/01 o L.262/05, France LsF, etc.).

Identification and Mapping
MultiCompliance Evolution, as an integral part of GRC Evolution, shares common information like Organization, Processes, and Risk Catalogues, thus maximizing its synergy with the other modules of the suite.
In addition, MultiCompliance Evolution offers a flow chart modeling tool to design a drag-and-drop multi-dimension analysis, simplifying the identification of risks and controls linked to the activities of the corporation, highlighting the relation with internal and external regulations and focusing efforts onto critical areas.

Historical view
In a few clicks MultiCompliance Evolution retrieves and displays the exact situation of processes, risks, controls, etc. on any given date in the past.

All the operations within MultiCompliance Evolution are individually saved in the internal database. At any time, they can thus be back-traced step-by-step to the user who generated them.

Independent Methodology
MultiCompliance Evolution can easily adapt to any specific need or methodology, supporting either an integrated view across all compliance activities, or a dedicated view for each compliance, or a mixed view according to user profiles.

MultiCompliance Evolution is fully integrated with LIST’s I-Audit Evolution and OpRisk Evolution, to offer a fully integrated enterprise risk management platform.

Automated Assessments
In MultiCompliance Evolution a great effort was made in order to design a highly automated but at the same time flexibile product.
The following features are implemented:

  • ability to automatically create questionnaires following the methodologies that are inputted into the system via the user interface directly;
  • administrators can monitor the process through very detailed views of all questionnaires statuses, from a very aggregated to a very detailed view using a graphical drill-down function. The granularity of the analysis can reach the level of single questionnaires or answerers;
  • users can progressively answer each questionnaire, automatically saving their work in progress to which they can return at a later date;
  • questionnaires layout is fully configurable and can show information coming from other modules;
  • coherence of analysis and back testing can be implemented by fully parametrized and personalized checks and controls;
  • flexibility in the questionnaire creation process targets any kind of profiles and specific activities, like control and risk assessments, testing processes, design  and effectiveness
  • dynamic workflow ensures a streamlining of the validation steps, a high data quality, and it also increases the importance of collaborative work;
  • scoring algorithms can be parameterized according to the chosen methodology and the results can be aggregated by following any kind of hierarchy;
  • ability to compute qualitative and/or quantitative aggregations of answers to different questions.

Reporting and Monitoring
MultiCompliance Evolution delivers a fully configurable drag-and-drop reporting feature, with real-time dashboards and matrix view. Starting from a global overview, users can drill-down to detailed data and build sub-reports for specific activities and tasks.

Remediation Plans
MultiCompliance Evolution features the ability to automatically create action plans when personalized critical thresholds are exceeded; single tasks are assigned to related users that receive the right information so they can act quickly to prevent penalties and reputation risk.

Regulation Library
MultiCompliance Evolution also provides a library of regulations organized by single articles with mapping of the possible penalties when the law is not respected and of the potentially affected procedures and activities.
